An unhurried first conversation
Most bone and joint problems do not need surgery. What they need is the right diagnosis. Your first consultation is about understanding where the pain comes from, what makes it worse and how it affects your daily life — at work, at home and in sport.
The doctor examines you, reviews your earlier reports and, if needed, gets a digital X-ray or blood test done at the clinic during the same visit. You leave with a clear explanation of the problem and a written plan.
What we commonly see
- Knee pain — early arthritis, cartilage wear, meniscus and ligament injuries
- Back and neck pain — muscle strain, disc bulge, sciatica, posture-related pain in IT professionals
- Shoulder problems — frozen shoulder (very common in diabetics), rotator cuff tendinitis
- Heel and foot pain — plantar fasciitis, flat foot, Achilles tendinitis
- Bone health — osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, repeated fractures
- Children — limping, bow legs / knock knees, growth-related pain
How your visit works
- Registration & vitals — weight, BP and sugar (if diabetic) are noted by the nurse.
- History & examination — the doctor checks movement, strength, nerves and gait.
- Investigations if needed — X-ray and lab tests in-house; MRI is advised only when it will change the treatment.
- Your plan — medicines, physiotherapy, injections or surgery, explained with expected recovery and costs.
“My aim is that every patient leaves knowing exactly what is wrong and what will make it better — not just with a prescription.”
